Week by week, as the news continued to filter in, and the restrictions around people movement and government guidance for isolating started to ramp up, we more seriously considered how we might approach PI Planning from a virtual perspective. Initially, our thinking was to have some people “in the room” and some people “on the phone”. That quickly changed to “Fully remote”.
